Relaxing rooms with a couch and attentive staff, everything was fine.

Stayed here before now and I would definitely return here. Well-kept and perfect hotel, everything was great, I appreciated location and food. Got a good and amazing breakfast included. Booked a room with jacuzzi.

ROOM DOOR WAS VERY HARD TO OPEN AFTER THE LIGHT TURNED GREEN. I ALMOST GAVE UP BUT IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED

Friendly, helpful staff. Great pool for a cool down. Good value for money.

Buffet breakfast, the staff were finding it hard to cope with the big numbers. Some food and drinks took a while to replace.

Location was great. Amenities were nice. Happy for the refrig and micro. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large

Looked like a blood spot on the wall beside the headboard. Where the carpet met the wall needed to be vacuumed with a crevice tool...dusty.

Great location! Stayed in room with 2 beds and sofa bed. The beds appeared to be smaller than queens, as advertised, but comfortable .

The room had a cozy design, but the bathroom door layout was cramped.

The space was great. Connecting rooms with other couple a plus. Kitchen a plus but no utensils.

The rooms were dated and clearly in need of remodeling. Great view if only we could have seen out the bed room windows. Both bathroom showers had dripping faucets which we were told had a repairman coming but in the three days we were there, no repairman appeared, and the shower faucets were broken to the point that my husband had to improvise a temporary repair so that we could take a shower. Thank God for Swiss Army Knives!

The breakfast every morning was surprisingly great they had waffles and bacon that were hot and fresh and the staff kept them well stocked with no waiting around for refills and the room was pretty spacious with a nice comfy couch for relaxing after a long day

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got it was still okay

Good location...easy to find and near restaurants and a gas station. Although we arrived close to closing of the free breakfast buffet, a good variety of breakfast foods were offered. Our room had a small refrigerator/freezer that we used. At the front desk they had a list of restaurants with address/phone number that was very helpful.

The brown carpeting in our room was awful...it looked like dirt and felt like we were walking on a scrub pad. That's all.

We were in transit from Death Valley to Grand Canyon North Rim, this hotel was ideally located for an en route stopover. Lots of restaurants nearby, the diner at the entrance to the hotel car park is good.

Breakfast room far too small.

It's conveniently located near restaurants and attractions like the Laser Mania Family Fun Center. The breakfast was a hit with the kids, and the clean room.

My children wanted a better sofa bed for sleeping comfort.

The room was nice and breakfast okay. Pool area was very nice.

The railing of the jacuzzi was very loose and wobbly. It didn't feel safe to lean and get support from it when getting up from the hot tub. I hope you can fix that soon.
